Marketing Coordinator Summer Student 2025
Working in a collaborative team-based environment, the Events and Marketing Coordinator will support a variety of marketing initiatives and will help deliver memorable experiences for our commercial tenants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Content Creation
- Assist in creating engaging and relevant social media content to promote our properties and events
- Film, edit, and produce videos for social media platforms
- Support in scheduling, posting, and monitoring social media platforms
Event Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of tenant engagement events and activations
- Contribute ideas to enhance the tenant experience and attract prospective tenants
Marketing Materials & Communications
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral, including posters, digital screens, email advisories, and more
- Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with marketing, social media, and/or event planning
- Intermediate in video creation and editing (Adobe Premier Pro, CapCut, or similar tools preferred)
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Eager for exposure to best-practice real estate processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
- Appreciation and willingness to work within a standard set of parameters
- Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions in a deadline-driven environment
