LEVEL DESIGNER
Reports to: Lead Level Designer
Permanent – Full-Time

What you will do
- Create cutting-edge secondary content with a focus on gameplay innovation, accessibility, pacing, and atmosphere;
- Work closely with the level design team and level artists to create high-quality secondary content using available tools;
- Design secondary content (layout, scenarios, design documents) in close collaboration with level artists while adhering to design and technical guidelines;
- Develop secondary content and 3D playgrounds, integrate events and actors, and balance gameplay mechanics;
- Assist in the development of various features and mechanics throughout the project;
- Collaborate with the game design team, the game director, and the lead level designer to achieve the desired player emotions and experiences;
- Write general level design documentation for use by other level designers;
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues as needed.
What you bring
- College or university degree in level design or any other equivalent training;
- Open levels with the corresponding minimum years of experience: Junior; Intermediate 3 years and at least 1 published video game title;
- Knowledge of the Unreal Engine;
- Strong understanding of systemic design and strong conceptual skills;
- Solid knowledge of scripting languages (Blueprint);
- Good understanding of level architecture and 3D environments;
- Experience in using industry-standard levels and editing tools.
