Administrative Assistant (Limited Term Contract)
Location: Nisku, AB
Duration: 18 months
Start Date: March 3, 2025
Hours: Full-time, [37.5 hours per week]
Position Overview
We are looking for a limited term, entry level administrative assistant to help with our Operations Administration team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, that enjoys working as part of a team. You will support our Operations group, with day-to-day administration requirements, assist with special projects, and provide required support to our Superintendents and Rig Mangers in the field.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general office duties, which may include answering phones and managing correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Maintain and update any required office systems and records.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
