Director, Change Management
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement holistic change management strategies and frameworks tailored to project and business needs.
· Apply industry best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s Model) to ensure smooth change adoption and minimize resistance.
· Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure and refine the effectiveness of change initiatives.
· Partner with project teams to embed change management activities throughout project plans and deliverables.
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding them through transformational change.
· Build strong relationships across departments to align change efforts with business goals and cultural priorities.
· Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and buy-in.
· Create compelling change narratives and messaging strategies tailored to various audiences.
· Identify organizational impacts, including changes to roles, responsibilities, or structures, and provide strategies to address them.
· Guide leaders on how to support their teams through the change journey.
· Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions that foster change readiness and capability.
· Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to align change enablement with company-wide development programs.
· Foster a culture of agility, inclusion, and continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
· Define governance processes to ensure accountability, alignment, and success tracking for change initiatives.
· Monitor and collect feedback through surveys, focus groups, and data analytics to optimize future change efforts.
· Continuously refine and maintain a scalable change management toolkit and methodology.
