Job Overview: 

As a Customer Retail Analytics Manager, you’ll play a key role in analyzing business performance and helping to shape data-driven strategies and help us unlock growth opportunities with Walmart USA and Sam’s Club!

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves working with data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovative business strategies. You’ll be working with one of the world’s largest retailers and have a front-row seat to the impact of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer line reviews using tools like Walmart Luminate and Retail Link to create data-rich presentations.
  • Provide product recommendations aligned with retailer and company objectives, highlighting opportunities in the innovation pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Merchants to ensure customer alignment.
  • Assist in creating growth plans, focusing on product innovation and optimized offerings.
  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and make actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Category Management to customize customer-specific plans based on category strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify new product ideas based on customer and market insights.
  • Use analytics tools to uncover innovation opportunities that meet customer needs and drive growth.
  • Analyze the performance of innovations to improve future product development and assess promotional effectiveness.
  • Help prepare and execute Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs & QBRs) by providing key insights into performance.
  • Focus on retailer-specific performance and align on growth opportunities and next steps.

Recipe for Success: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in CPG roles focusing on Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Analytics.
  • Proven expertise in customer analytics, line reviews, and tools like Walmart Luminate, Retail Link, and Sam’s Club Madrid.
  • Strong experience in presenting data-backed stories to retail partners and securing buy-in.
