YOUR CHALLENGE
You will be accountable for the complete management of all projects and mandates within the business unit: installation projects, inspections, and expertise from planning to final delivery.
You will lead a team (coordinator and technicians), ensuring that budgets, deliverables, and resources are well managed, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. As a primary point of contact, you will develop business relationships with clients and partners to ensure the success of each project.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project phases, from design to execution, ensuring that objectives are achieved within the set timelines and budget;
Coordinate and allocate necessary resources (human, material, and financial) to maximize project efficiency;
Ensure diligent monitoring of the project performance in terms of timeframes, costs, and quality, and make necessary adjustments and communicate them as needed;
Supervise activities, conduct client visits when necessary, and ensure that contractual requirements are fulfilled;
Manage project-related risks and ensure compliance with statutory standards and safety requirements;
Contribute to bid preparation, managing tenders, and preparing financial reports for major projects (when required).
Team Management
Directly supervise the team of technicians and coordinators, ensuring efficient task distribution and compliance with deadlines;
Support and motivate teams by creating a collaborative work environment and focused on achieving goals;
Develop team skills through coaching and career conversations;
Ensure open communication between team members and other project stakeholders;
Evaluate individual and collective performance to identify improvement opportunities and make necessary adjustments in real time;

Risk management and adaptability to unexpected events;
Performance of the project team (coordinator, technicians).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKIG FOR
Degree in project management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering; architecture, or a related field;
PMP certification or equivalent in project management (an asset);
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical projects in engineering, construction, or any related sector;
Expertise in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite;
Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed;
Bilingual (French & English).
