YOUR CHALLENGES

Collaborate closely with the sales team and the coordination team to identify business opportunities, develop customer relations, and meet their technical services needs. 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet the needs of our customer by finding the appropriate solution;
• Answer calls for tenders and major quotes and ensure follow-up;
• Ensure the profitability of the technical services offered;
• Follow up with customers who have pending quotes;
• Develop procedures for each contract;
• Manage and maintain client information and opportunities through Salesforce.

 

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS 

•    Achieve the sales objectives;
•    Achieve the gross margin objectives;
•    Customer satisfaction (NPS).

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•    DEC in sales or pertinent fields for the position;
•    3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
•    Bilingual;
•    Knowledge of HSE and gas detection will be an asset.
