Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Managed Accounts, the incumbent will be responsible for account data management and trading operations within the Managed Accounts group.  The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of investment markets, strong organizational skills, a client-service mindset, and the ability to work effectively under time constraints.

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Trading and Modeling: Implementing model changes from Investment Advisors and third-party sub-advisors
•    Data Reconciliation & Reporting: Managing data transmission workflows, identifying and resolving discrepancies between custodial systems and the trading platform, ensure timely resolution
•    Account Management Support: Assisting with daily service requests, clearing debits, and processing FX conversions
•    Compliance & Risk Oversight: Conducting post-trade review and auditing client holdings against model weights
•    Advisor Team Support: Monitoring incoming inquiries, providing first-point troubleshooting, and escalating unresolved issues as needed
•    Other Duties: perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
•    1–3 years of experience in a Separately Managed Account (SMA) or Unified Managed Account (UMA) program
•    Strong service orientation, demonstrated through professional client interactions and high-quality service delivery
•    Experience with portfolio management tools or Envestnet is an asset
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•    Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to perform effectively under time constraints and high-volume workloads
•    Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player

Education
•    Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completed preferred
•    An undergraduate degree in Business preferred
