What would be your main responsibilities as an Account Manager ? :

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships that align with Quadra’s core values and strategic vision
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Quadra's superior product line to potential customers through routine customer visits, joint calls and participation in key industry events
  • Leverage internal and external resources to highlight Quadra’s reputation for service excellence and industry leadership
  • Exceed sales and margin targets, taking ownership of your territory’s success
  • Provide customer support, assisting them with troubleshooting and optimization opportunities to enhance their operations
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and responding with after-hours emergencies when needed
  • Identify key decision-makers, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions to drive long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate and close new business deals ensuring smooth integration of contract requirements
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships with key decision makers/influencers to obtain repeat and new sales
  • Expand market search through proactive relationship-building and strategic cold-calling
  • Stay organized and proactive, utilizing Quadra’s digital tools for weekly reporting, scheduling, and pipeline management
  • Delivering compelling presentations, address customer concerns and confidently close deals

What will you bring to this Account Manager position ? : 

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma preferably in chemistry, engineering, science, or business would be an asset
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong focus on natural gas markets
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals, with a proven ability to drive new business and expand market share
  • Strong track record in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage customer interactions, track sales pipelines, and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities, confidence in delivering impactful presentations
  • Possess a high degree of organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, evolving industry
  • Comfortable working in a complex environment, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time including overnight travel and the ability to work in Oil and Gas fields environment as needed.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new digital tools and technologies
  • Must possess a valid passport and driver’s license

Compensation Information: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $71,600 to $111,900. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and benefits. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
