The Opportunity:

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations in their assigned area, including Inventory Control, Receiving Finished Goods, Restocking, Returns, and Commissary Coordination. They will oversee department performance and productivity, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The role involves leading, motivating, and developing the team to enhance employee morale and engagement.

This position pays: $65,000-$80,000/year ($31.25 – $38.46/hour)

 

A Day In The Life of A Inventory Supervisor:

  • Manage and coordinate promotional inventory for Shipping and DAD departments.
  • Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, product, labor and equipment to meet distribution targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all necessary reports and statistics regarding warehouse operations.
  • Responsible for cycle count activities in areas of responsibility.
  • Check physical transfers and recording of product in the overstock bin location is accurate.
  • Oversee restocking of cardboards, boxes, dividers, packaging supplies and inventory for promotional items for the Shipping and DAD (Distribution Assembly Department).
  • Work Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, flexible as required

What We're Looking For From You:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in supervising and leading a successful team is required
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management and/or supply chain logistics 
  • Completion of Supervisory and Lean Six Sigma training program or courses
  • Willingness and ability to complete intermediate training
  • Experience with computerized inventory management systems (Syspro preferred)
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office
