Here is how you will be involved:
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for new and existing deployments.
  • Interact with a variety of applications within ServiceNow, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM.
  • Establish and configure functional data, including Notifications and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Create and configure script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, as well as create or modify tables and their relationships.
  • Establish interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms based on integration opportunities identified by Solution Architects.
  • Perform design, development, unit testing, and troubleshoot during system and integration testing.
  • Document design processes, development, unit test cases, and implementation plans.
  • Advise on administrative settings and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively within diverse teams in an inclusive culture that values individual contributions.
Your experience:
  • At least 4-6 years of experience with ServiceNow, including custom development and configuration.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Understanding and experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and all scripted components of ServiceNow.
  • Ability to customize the ServiceNow user interface and service portal using UI pages, CMS, CSS, and service portal widgets.
  • Knowledge of integrations and migrations.
  • Strong grasp of ServiceNow administrative settings, with extensive functional and technical expertise in the platform, as well as experience in medium to large deployments.
  • Proven ability to effectively solve technical problems.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment.
