Reporting to the Digital Service Manager, the Conversational AI Specialist will focus on enhancing the customer experience through machine-learning technology (automation, bots, LLMs). It will manage bots, develop new content, suggest future implementations of the technology, and work with D2C partners to see them through. The role will also be responsible for reporting related to the tools.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bot Maintenance/Creation:

  • Analyze customer datasets to develop bot intents and architecture
  • Deploy bots with regular maintenance and improvement activities
  • Configure analytics and reporting on usage

 

New Technology Implementation:

  • Research emerging, related technologies and report on them
  • Propose initiatives to stakeholders and head them as required
  • Implement PCC (proactive customer care) models for ongoing customer support

 

Team Collaboration:

  • Work with local and global D2C partners to maintain projects and see them through
  • Report challenges, issues, seek solutions collaboratively with team members
  • Support other digital channels initiatives as required

 

Web Accessibility Compliance:

  • Ensure content is updated to latest WAC levels
  • Proactively evaluate accessibility standards and enhance as required

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Six months’ professional experience with generative AI applications
  • Experience with industry-leading tools (Microsoft Azure Bot Framework, Google Dialogflow)
  • Knowledge of customer journey models, CRMs, and big data analysis an asset
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • SQL, HTML, XML, CSS capabilities preferred
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of survey science an asset
  • Bilingual preferred (Korean & English)
