Procurement Summer Student 2025

Working in a collaborative team-based environment, the Procurement Intern will support a variety of stakeholders during the completion of an organization-wide system replacement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with and assisting Project Managers to coordinate resources and project-related activities as SAP Ariba is implemented.
• Partnering with regional Property Management to gather and consolidate supplier contract documents.
• Analyzing and recommending data classification methods.
• Updating existing information into SAP Ariba application to drive contract management and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled as an IT/Business student and planning to return to school fall 2025.
• Eager for exposure to best-practice real estate processes and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Appreciation and willingness to work within a standard set of parameters.
• Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions in a deadline-driven environment.
