Property Administrator Summer Student 2025

Working in a collaborative team-based environment, the Property Administrator Summer Student will support a variety of project including the execution of the E-File System Reorganization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with and assisting Property Managers and Property Administrators to coordinate all project-related activities 
• Reorganize E-File System
• Auditing POP (Point of Presence) files
• Aid in planning team and tenant engagement events

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled as an Business student and planning to return to school fall 2025
• Eager for exposure to best-practice real estate processes and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
• Appreciation and willingness to work within a standard set of parameters
• Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions in a deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
