Basé au Carrefour de l'Estrie et sous la responsabilité du superviseur de l’équipe, le préposé au service à la clientèle se voit confier les missions suivantes :

• Connaitre et se tenir informé de l’ensemble des services du centre, ses commodités et installations, ses magasins, ses activités promotionnelles et ses outils de confort
• Accueillir les visiteurs du centre ; les informer, les diriger et les conseiller à travers une expérience client empreinte d’écoute, de courtoisie et de serviabilité
• Répondre aux demandes des clients internes et externes afin de fournir des informations justes, pertinentes et de les acheminer aux bons intervenants
• Collaboration avec les équipes de prestation de services (équipe de sécurité, entretien ménager, etc)
• Assurer les tâches quotidiennes reliées au point de service à la clientèle en respectant les politiques et procédures mises en place
• Être responsable de la vente des cartes-cadeaux, de la balance de caisse et de la conciliation des ventes
• Collaborer à diverses tâches administratives, opérationnelles et marketing simples avec l’équipe de gestion du centre
• Toute autre tâche connexe

 

Qualifications:

• Diplôme de secondaire V
• Bonnes aptitudes de communication orale et écrite
• Excellentes aptitudes informatiques (incluant Excel, Word, Outlook et Powerpoint)
