This position pays: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
A Day In The Life of an Electrical Maintenance Technician:
- Electrical connection of new equipment to code
- Troubleshoot all production, utility and processing equipment
- Adjust and optimize equipment performance
- Install and train on all new equipment
- Perform equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot PLC controllers, servo drives, optical sensors, operator interface devices, instrumentation, flow meters, variable frequency controls, motors and DC drives
- Assist operators in setup and tooling
- You will work a set shift of Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
What We're Looking For From You:
- Must have electrical and mechanical background
- Experience with optical sensors and electronic circuits
- Experience with DC speed controls and motors
- Knowledge of compressed air, vacuum pumps and electrical cabinets
- GMP knowledge an asset
