About the Role:
We are looking for a Development Specialist that will support our EMEA team based out of our Amsterdam HQ office. This position is responsible for a wide range of development projects and processes: Support new Restaurant Opening process (lead management, business case preparation, running sales forecasts, lease coding and filing), support with transfer documentation, Performance reporting (e.g. Corporate Partner KPIs) and ensuring SOPs / support materials are up to date.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support Leasing team by imaging new leases and by connecting with US team to link FAs to lease IDs.
  • Run Tango reports for all new locations and add them to FranConnect for NBD to review.
  • Manage the franchisee prospects leads for SW Markets (both TUKI and Continental Europe) on FranConnect at early stage before they move to Head of New Business development to action/process.   
  • Add franchisee leads from the portals to FranConnect (until they are integrated)
  • Support with preparation of SAPs (Site Approval packages) ahead of weekly REC (Real Estate Committee).
  • Work with transfer and licensing teams as required to ensure timely execution of transfers and new licenses.
  • Support Corporate Partner KAM with preparation of monthly perormance reports - Kiosks, Key Metrics, Comp, BAT etc.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate (preferrable) or analytical background with at least 2 years’ experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage own time / multitask and work with high level of autonomy
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, flagging any issues in a solution-oriented way
  • Be methodical, organised and attentive to detail
  • Be intellectually curious and eager to learn (systems and tools, processes)
  • Solid interpersonal skills (team player attitude, low ego, friendly demeanor)
  • Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
