About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in our Human Resources team as a Talent Specialist, part of Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, based in Miami, FL.
In addition to assistance with all facets of general global recruitment, this position provides Talent Acquisition oversight to client groups, globally, to ensure that all is functioning efficiently & smoothly. This position is responsible for recruitment, inclusive of assigning & managing the overall performance of the talent partners as well as process. The position will partner with regional colleagues/partners to execute on recruiting related topics. Improve recruiting processes operations through recognizing opportunities & implementing change for improvement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides support with all factors related to the running of an effective and successful Talent Acquisition COE to meet its strategic goals.
- Oversees Recruiting; inclusive of individual requisitions and scale up projects.
- Assign requisitions to recruiting partners and maintain oversight of progress; ensure that SLAs are achieved.
- Participate in intake calls and weekly recruiting update calls with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition partners.
- Ensure that there is consistency with positions being utilized and assigned. Make recommendations regarding roles to be leveraged and partner with Human Resources Business
- Partner and Organizational Effectiveness, as needed.
- Escalate any recruiting challenges and recommendations to HRBPs in timely fashion.
- Manage requisition reporting and provide updates to HR Leadership and the business regarding recruiting status on a regular basis.
- Partner with HRBPs to ensure for seamless transition to offer & onboarding processes.
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Provide support to Talent Specialist, non SMO on onboarding & TA billing as needed.
- Other reasonably related duties, as assigned.
Qualifications (some examples listed below):
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Prior experience in a Human Resources preferred (1-3 years) with ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in end to end recruitment required.
- HR Certifications a plus, not required.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required (MS Word, Excel and Outlook a MUST).
- Proficiency in working with HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems; i.e. Ceridian Dayforce a plus.
- Passion for working in Human Resources and staying current with external market trends.
- Strong influential communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), with the ability to exert influence and meet commitments in a matrixed organization.
- Anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment. Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
- Liaise with different stakeholder groups and align them toward common goals and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and good judgement.
- Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate situations and apply knowledge to ask the right questions and identify appropriate solutions effectively and efficiently.
- Take initiative and plan, organize, and schedule own work.
- Focus and process a high volume of detailed work under competing deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability and confidence to interact with all levels of the organization.
