Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for a Manager, Digital Sales, working remotely in Ontario. We are looking for a motivated leader with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of insurance products, who can mentor a team and achieve outstanding results.

Why we’ll love You:

  • You have a post-secondary degree or diploma (preferred) and hold a RIBO License, working towards CAIB/CIP.
  • With 10 years of sales experience in personal insurance, you bring deep knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and risk management for affluent clients.
  • 2-3 years of exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen help you drive team success and identify growth opportunities.
  • You excel in communication, build trust easily, and have a solid grasp of regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in insurance software systems, along with strong analytical and organizational skills, enables you to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Once here, you'll:

  • Lead the Digital Sales team to exceed sales and profitability targets, while managing budgets effectively.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, using insights to drive team success and refine strategies.
  • Provide clear, engaging communication across various channels, and foster a collaborative, client-focused environment.
  • Mentor and support team members, conducting performance reviews and promoting professional development.
  • Oversee underwriting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency through the use of relevant software systems.
  • Streamline and improve sales and operational processes, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
