Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Account Executive, Fleet Operations in Surrey, BC at our Head Office location. 

The expected hiring range for this role is $55,200 to $69,000 based on a 35 hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.

As an Account Executive, Fleet Operations, you’ll manage existing fleet accounts and seek, secure and manage new fleet accounts. You’ll apply your exceptional technical skills and commercial auto knowledge to support the goals of the fleet insurance department, partner organizations and our clients.

Why we’ll love You:   

  • Expert time manager, you can prioritize your workload independently, plus you demonstrate confidentiality and discretion  
  • You love people with previous experience in a client / account management role and strong sales and business acumen 
  • Level 1 Insurance License. Bonus: Level 2 is expected within a reasonable period once hired (financial support available) 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with solid skills in Excel.  
  • Bonus: 2-4 years’ ICBC Autoplan experience, including commercial areas of Fleet and Garage; Prorate experience not necessary but an asset 
  • Preference will be given to those with Commercial Account Management experience
