Medical Director-Clarkson Village Animal Hospital 

Salary: $150,000 and up CAD per year dependent on experience 

 We are looking for a motivated individual to help lead our team and support the growth of our hospital. The role of the Medical Director is to be a mentor for the veterinary team and a role model for the hospital as a whole.  Ensuring work is carried out in a safe and effective manner and contributing to a work environment based on mutual trust and respect. The Medical Director will at times provide professional veterinary services in accordance with the policies of the Practice and the highest standards of the veterinary profession.

What You Bring   

• Provincial DVM licensing, or eligibility to be licensed 
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience 
• A passion for leading veterinary teams 
• Enthusiasm, energy and a growth mindset  
• A desire to educate and build strong relationships with clients 
• Excellent communication skills
