Talent Acquisition Partner – Support Office Recruitment

As a Talent Acquisition Partner - Support Office Recruitment, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing our support office teams by recruiting top-tier professionals. We're looking for someone who excels at building relationships, understands the unique demands of the veterinary industry, and takes pride in providing a smooth, supportive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the full cycle recruitment process for support office roles across Canada, managing the external search recruitment channel, ensuring effective relationship management, streamlined business processes, operational efficiency, and compliance with labor laws.
- Consultative Support: Provide consultative support to all business areas, ensuring a thoughtful, cost-conscious approach with external search providers.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with internal recruitment channels to manage and deliver hiring manager expectations, driving efficiencies and compliance within the program.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop effective relationships with Support Office stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring ongoing satisfaction with services provided.
- Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and suppliers when needed, manage contracts, negotiate terms, and resolve escalations.
- Procurement Partnership: Partner with the Procurement Team to ensure supplier governance measures are observed and technologies are leveraged to manage recruitment spend and report on spend leakage.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor for the business, providing coaching and guidance on approved recruitment vendor engagement models, and proposing strategic recruitment approaches.

Must-Haves
- Recruitment Expertise: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on corporate roles.

Additional Requirements
