Key Responsibilities → How You’ll Make an Impact
Support Go-To- Market Execution
- Support Brand Manager in campaign go-to-market execution, including the development of workbacks, scheduling deadlines & deliverables and maintenance of marketing calendar
- Collaborate with cross-functional channels ensure a cohesive presentation of campaigns in market across all customer touchpoints and a smooth internal execution
- Manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
- Review campaign assets for consistency & brand alignment
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results
- Contribute to the development of post-mortems for large campaigns to share key learnings with cross functional team
Lead Retailtainment Execution
- Lead execution of retailtainment strategy, enhancing in-store experiences to drive store traffic, engagement and conversion
- Manage in-store event logistics, including vendor coordination, staffing, and budget tracking
- Develop event toolkits and resources to support retail teams in executing local brand initiatives
- Oversee event performance measurement and provide insights for future improvements
Business Support
- Support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with management and execution of administrative tasks
Qualifications & Experience → The Skills You Bring
- 2-5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Event Coordination or experiential marketing, preferably apparel, CPG or communications agency
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional time management, project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to keep tasks on track & project management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Passion for fashion, retail and the outdoors an asset
