Key Responsibilities
RESERVATIONS CENTRE
Responding to incoming calls regarding our park, the rules for each of the attractions, sales, promotions, discounts. Assisting customer with their online reservations and purchases. Computer proficiency using Windows and the Office Suite of applications is needed. Bilingual French and English is required for this job.
INFORMATION CENTRE
Information Kiosk staff work at both gate entrances to the park. They provide information to our guests on all the attractions, our safety rules and policies, current promotions and lost items and more. Past experience in customer-facing positions including cash or communications is an asset. Computer proficiency using Windows and the Office Suite of applications is needed. Bilingual French and English is required for this job. Provide daily reporting.

- Last year high school or first year post-secondary
