The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential Insert and Parcel Delivery customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads and meeting quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until close. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
What you’ll do:
- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
- Cold Calling, Business Development, Aquisition of Insert and Parcel clients
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Utilize our expansive Distribution Network to grow business
Who you are:
- Experience reaching or exceeding weekly/monthly activity goals/quotas
- Strong communication skills in written, verbal and patterns
- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- At least one year of professional sales experience
- Understand Insert/Flyer Distribution
