What you'll do:

As a Tow Motor Operator, you would be working in our Mailroom operation to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiencies are achieved.

Duties:

• Maintain quality control for the flyer receiving process and maintain accurate records for flyer deliveries
• Ship and receive inserts and completed packages
• Cross-reference deliveries, ensure products received are staged properly
• Communicate flyer-related delivery problems such as, shortages/overages of inserts received, damaged deliveries, delivery refusals, outstanding flyers deliveries, etc.
• Material handling of flyers between flyer storage and the insertion equipment
• Create and maintain all transportation-related documents for each outbound and inbound shipment pertaining to production (Bill of lading)
• Prepare shipments as per customer specifications (packing requirements, breakdown, etc.)
• Maintain a safe work environment, complying with the company's Health and Safety program
• The successful candidate must be able to work shifts in a 24 hour / 7 day a week environment

Qualifications:

• Licensed on counterbalance and low-lift equipment (walkie) is mandatory
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with sound organizational skills and the ability to plan
• Experience with trucking and loading requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with good time management skills
• A strong focus on safety and quality control processes
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
