The Opportunity:
The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for supporting all sales operations activities that help our sales teams run effectively and efficiently.  This encompasses sales reporting and analysis, forecasting, CRM process and workflow, budget setting and KPI tracking as well as various executive reporting.


What you’ll do:

  • Assist with revenue forecasting, assessment of ability to close, budget setting, metrics and KPI tracking
  • Assist with the creation of management presentations and modeling to support business growth
  • Interpret and present data results, analyzing trends in our business
  • Assist with administration and maintenance of CRM tool
  • Ensure consistency and governance for processes and measuring and reporting on improvements
  • Consistently review, recommend and implement enhancements to the Sales Operations reporting portfolio including automation of calculations
  • Support cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, PMO etc) with timely and relevant customized and ad-hoc reporting as required

 

Who you are:

  • Experience within sales support environment
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize large volumes of data, metrics and information to quickly get to outcomes in complex calculations accurately
  • Ability to review reports, identify trends and provide analysis and recommendations
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Experience in Naviga, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional oral and written presentation skills combined with the ability to build effective partnerships and interact well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in the media or digital advertising industry is an asset
  • Post-Secondary degree in Administrative Studies, Business Administration, Commerce or related studies or equivalent experience
