What Can We Offer You?
A small company feel, with big company opportunities! The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.

What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with local clients, including municipalities, Indigenous communities, and developers, to bring infrastructure projects to life
- Lead civil infrastructure designs focusing on client needs, innovation, and sustainable approaches
- Lead design teams and foster knowledge sharing
- Manage clients by working together towards common goals
- Grow connections with multi-disciplinary teams of data collection, survey, environmental, landscape architecture, and more for a holistic project approach
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution with 8+ years related experience
- Registration in good standing as an Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in British Columbia, or eligibility to be registered
- Possession of a valid BC driver’s license is required at the time of hire
