Wage: Starting at $17.40/hr+, depending on experience. 

Job Description

The Home Healthcare Assistant reports to the Front Store Manager. The Home Healthcare Assistant will assist in promoting the store within the community and work with others to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive work environment
• Exceptional computer skills
• Communicate clearly and openly with customers
• Provide compassionate service for clients coming into the store requesting products
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Process customer transactions
• Restock shelves with products
• Maintain product displays
• Billing products through AADL 
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail Home Healthcare
• Superior customer service skills, along with a passion for working with the elderly
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving
• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Willing to be trained for compression sock fitting
• Merchandising experience is an asset
• Retail experience is an asset
