Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Creation: Develop visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms, including print media, digital assets, retail marketing, and motion graphics.
•  Brand Consistency: Uphold and execute brand guidelines, ensuring designs maintain consistency and align with brand objectives across all touchpoints.
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and retail displays.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Retail Marketing Materials: Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, email campaigns, and digital signage for retail marketing initiatives.
• Digital Asset Creation: Produce high-quality assets for digital platforms (social media,
  websites, digital ads) that capture attention and engage target audiences.
• Time Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising design quality.
• Process & Organization: Maintain organized files and design assets, ensuring the efficient retrieval of materials for future use or revisions.
• Creative Input: Provide conceptual ideas and innovative design solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience in graphic design, including retail marketing, print media, video editing, and digital content creation.
• Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Video & Motion Graphics Skills: Strong experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Design Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and on-brand designs across print and digital platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate and polished designs.
• Time Management & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Creative Mindset: A highly creative individual with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail marketing, print advertising, social media content, and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design or website design is a plus.
• Experience with photography and/or illustration is a bonus.
