Retail Maintenance Assistant (4 month term)

Harvard Developments Corporation has an immediate opening for a Summer-Student Retail Maintenance Assistant  (4 Months) to join the Property Management team in Edmonton and be accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience within the assigned portfolio.

This position is best suited to a self-starter with an aptitude for customer service striving to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ability to perform for outdoor physical maintenance work, who has possesses practiced motor skills, communicates with high proficiency in the English language and possessing basic computer literacy. No accreditation is required, although candidates with basic safety training in first aid, CPR and WHMIS would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities would include:

• Customer Service
• General building and site maintenance

The successful candidate will also have:

• A desire to assist others, along with a superior customer service orientation;

• Proficiency in the English language, both written and oral;

• A mechanical inclination with attention to detail;
• Ability to perform physical maintenance work outdoors;
• Experience using digital devices; and
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving abstract is an asset.
