The Customer Care Service Coordinator (Bilingual) is responsible for delivering on the East Penn Canada Customer Service values supporting our customers nationally. The Customer Care Service Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the growth of a profitable service business by identifying and communicating areas of development and appropriate customer solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all requests / orders are accurately entered into main database in a timely manner
  • Escalate customer issues
  • Manage, coordinate & administer technician inventory needs based on assigned workflows
  • Process all documentation related to completed service activities
  • Create & generate service & parts related
  • Monitor/ Manage open order reports to ensure appropriate follow up & escalations
  • Responsible for the coordination of the Service Technician team
  • Supporting billing and customer support

Experience, Skills & Competencies:

  • Must be Bilingual in French/English
  • High school diploma
  • Battery industry experience an asset
  • Additional sales, customer service & technical training an asset
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Flexible work style: able to adjust to multiple demands& a changing & fast-paced environment
