Reporting to the Finishing Forman and various trades, some responsibilities include:

Coordinating repairs of deficiency items including drywall patching, painting, finish carpentry work, caulking and other duties as required.
Support any remedial preparation of to ensure compliance with service standards.
Ensure complete cleanup of worksite, and finished material.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Finishing carpentry, drywall and caulking experience is essential.
Experience in residential/commercial construction, renovations or repairs.
Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in a variety of functions including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting.
Knowledge of various tools and equipment required to perform the functions of this role.
Proficiency in English
Excellent customer service skills in dealing with homeowners.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a positive manner as well as having a flexible work style.
Self-directed with ability to work independently, and with little supervision.
Punctual, reliable, with an excellent work ethic is paramount
Must have own tools.
