We are looking for a Part-Time Bar Supervisor to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leading by example.

Position Details:

• Wage: $20.00 per hour plus tips as applicable.
• Schedule: Part-time, with flexible shifts, including opening and closing shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tables, assist guests, and ensure smooth bar and restaurant operations.
• Support scheduling needs as required.
• Assist with cleaning tables, supporting servers, and managing sections as applicable.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Assist with menu offerings and suggest enhancements.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform cash-in and cash-out duties as required.
• Take server and bartending shifts as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant supervisory role is an asset.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and support staff during busy shifts.
• Knowledge of cocktails, bar operations, and serving techniques.
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and balancing tills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to great customer experiences.
