ABOUT THE POSTION
We are seeking a talented individual to join our organization. This is a full-time remote role with travel in the Atlanta territory.
Purpose: Responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, channel analysis, market intelligence on existing and target markets. Partner with customers to win their business and separate us from competitors through presenting our value-added services, consultative solutions selling and industry expertise. Consistent achievement of agreed sales revenue and margin targets.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Support the company’s growth plans by developing territory knowledge on customers, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Partner with Marketing and R&D on new product development and product roadmap.
- Provide internal and external training as required for products, applications, and technologies.
- Attend relevant trade shows within relevant trade organizations.
- Expectation to spend approximately 80% of time in the field collaborating with customers and hunting new prospects.
- Collaboration and partnership externally with customers, suppliers, and industry influencers.
- Collaboration and partnership internally with Account Management on all customer activity and growth strategies.
- Provide accurate territory, customer, and product forecasting through internal Sales & Operations Planning process.
- Provide the Voice of Customer and market intelligence to determine business trends and internal strategies.
- Proactive participation in weekly and quarterly business meetings.
- Presenting our unique value proposition and value-added services to customers and prospects.
- Partnering with customers and prospects in performing facility filtration assessments and surveys and follow up with a report on recommendations for improved Indoor Air Quality through better Air Filtration.
- Develop account profiles and specific growth strategies for your top ten accounts.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred.
- Pass NAFA exam to become a Certified Air Filtration Specialist.

- Excellent sales, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and competing demands.
- Ability to operate standard computer equipment and software.
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Must be able to maintain strictest level of confidentiality.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb a ladder from time to time.
- There are periodic rooftop surveys -height restrictions.
- Moderate level of stress balancing workload.
- Travel in car to various site locations including production, offices, restaurant, and retail environments.
TRAVEL
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
