ABOUT THE POSTION
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our organization. This is a full-time on-site role with some occasional travel.
Purpose: The Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer accounts, and supporting all sales and prospecting activities for assigned territory for our Duct Pro® and disaster restoration lines of product.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Continuously develop knowledge of our products and services to effectively address client needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and ERP.
- Up to 10% business travel may be required.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent sales, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and competing demands.
- Ability to operate standard computer equipment and software.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to keep customer financial information in strict confidence.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time.
- The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
TRAVEL
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
