Come grow with us...North American Stamping looking to hire. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The position duties will include, but are not limited to:         

• Matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving information to ensure items invoiced have been received.                                                                                                        
• Matching paid invoices to a/p check copies and files. Mails a/p checks.            
• Distribution of purchase orders; maintains purchase order files, and the numerical log
• Vendor contact for accounts payable.                                                                                         
• Performing daily invoicing function of all open shipments.                                                            
• Opening and distribution of daily mail. General filing.                                                           
• Performing word processing tasks on an as needed basis.                                                
• In conjunction with Controller, establishes quarterly goals and objectives.                                        
• Confidential treatment of company information.                                               

 Qualifications we are looking for include, but are not limited to:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, and/or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environment
• Detail oriented
• Organizational skills necessary to maintain company records in compliance with accounting department and IATF-16949.        
• Must have the ability to be on the job during normal business hours.
