Job Overview:

The Sales Coordinator position is responsible to support the Sales Team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, that will help the Sales department to focus on achieving sales growth and the Company Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate & support Sales Operations team for the distribution of product samples to customers by acting as the liaison between sales and marketing departments to initiate the request, manage the process, and ensure samples are sent out
  • Coordinate & support Sales Operations team to process check requests using Coupa by acting as liaison between sales and accounting departments manage the process along with timely payout to broker/customers/sales manager
  • Support Sales Operations team for the RFQ process between our customers and sales teams by updating contracts as needed and acting as a communication conduit to internal stakeholders to gather and request relevant information to complete the Bid
  • Support business with ad hoc duties such as running sales reports, making business presentations, sourcing specs details, product images, fill new SKU setup forms, sourcing QA documents, price list & more
  • Support business information sharing through 1WS, GFS1, broker portal, vendor/customer portals, repositrak, and/or any other portals or shared folders to support business

The Recipe for Success:     

  • Completion of a college degree in a business field
  • Minimum of 1 years of related administrative experience               
  • Previous experience working within the sales/ manufacturing industry (CPG Preferred)
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license            
  • Must have strong skills in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Detailed orientated and highly organized
  • Confident individual – Not afraid to reach out to other teams (Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ Sample teams/QA/ Regulatory etc.) to collect information to get tasks completed
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on new and more challenging projects
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail and be able to balance multiple tasks and priorities
