What you’ll be doing

Assisting on compliance projects for major clients.  This position will support the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) team by creating certificates and logging customer requests. The role requires professional communication with team members, clients, and the organization’s customers. 

 

 You will be responsible for…

  • Create FTA certificates.
  • Manage FTA certificates from creation to completion.
  • Log new customer requests on regular scheduled basis.
  • Reviews and maintains database integrity.
  • Utilizing various client and provided software to organize and manage workload.
  • Support with drafting compliance processes and related work instructions.
  • Provides broker and client assistance with FTA document support.
  • Ongoing effective and diplomatic internal and external customer service
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

 

What we need from you

  • University Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Transportation/ International Business, or related discipline..

 

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • 2+ years administrative or customer service experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional and mature demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Above average and accurate keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
