Sr. Technical Specialist

What you’ll be doing

This position is responsible to entails helping the team including handling all aspects of FTA processing, review, and upload to CCAPP, database management, post entry auditing and CCAPP UAT testing.

You will be responsible for

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Coordinate annual FTA communication to clients and or their vendors.
• Review, update, and upload FTA Certificates in the database
• Complete FTA billing in accordance with internal procedures.
• Research, review and commit new parts into company’s database.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of post entry audit process.
• Perform post entry audits regularly.
• Administer the refunds and review the DAS (Detail Adjustment Statement) (CND only).
• Maintain the database for new account setups.
• Complete CCAPP UAT testing.

What we need from you

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Canada CCS designation or working toward CCS designation required.
• Minimum 5 years Customs experience or industry related equivalent.
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
