About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our APAC team as an Operations Specialist based in Taiwan. This position is accountable for technology operations such as configuring/setting up menu button of POS and supporting marketing campaigns across digital channels including 3PD, RO. Work closely with in-country marketing. operations, vendor, technology teams to successfully support menu button settings, marketing campaigns etc. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to plan for the release, lead the go-live activities to ensure successful rollout. This is a temporary agreement of 12 months.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Menu button settings (Integration of delivery menu/Outlying islands/Main Island/Drive-thru restaurant/Customer display screen).
- Single store marketing campaign button settings (Activity button settings/Activity discount settings).
- Weekly sales submission related issues
- Subway or single store marketing campaign payment method settings.
- Third-party payment settings (Line Pay/Credit card).
- Voiding non-current date invoices/Voiding and restoring invoices.
- Updating supply chain CD Items button settings. Semi-finished product price adjustment settings.
- New restaurant data filing (including franchise QR code settings).
- Franchisee and restaurant backend authorization settings and filing.
- Understand and manage cultural differences and work closely with the stakeholders to meet the demands.
Qualifications (some examples listed below):
- Degree in ECommerce or any related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a food service experience, preferably within eCommerce or F&B
- Technical Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Able to multi-task, prioritize workload and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, detail oriented
- Technical background working for QSR industry for menu publish, supporting marketing campaigns
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
- An ability to cultivate and build collaborative working relationships with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders
- An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative, and actionable manner, following best practices where applicable and practical to raise the bar
