OUR TEAM
Our Terminal Operations team collaborates with multiple business units, tenants, airlines and other stakeholders within the airport community to ensure that our passengers at YYC have a seamless and positive airport experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Under the supervision of the General Manager, Terminal Operations, you will work closely with the Terminal Operations Coordinators, providing administrative and program support to Signage, Accessibility and Amenities.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Represent Terminal Operations Team in YYC OCOL (Official Languages) Committee.
- Lead signage audits related to regulatory compliance.
- Receive assess and respond to signage requests.
- Maintain signage records including documentation and Excel spreadsheets.
- Support all administrative and program functions of the Wayfinding, Signage and Accessibility programs.
- Maintain and administer the Sunflower Lanyard Program.
- Catalogue Accessible Transportation for Person’s with Disabilities Regulations/ Canadian Transportation Agency correspondence and responses.
- Support the investigation of accessibility complaints and participate in mediation.
- Design and implement a comprehensive Government Affairs Canada (Ottawa Protocol) program.
- Assist with the implementation and enhancement of procedural, program or regulatory changes.
- Review and update operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Highly enthusiastic individual that can take the initiative and effectively collaborate with multiple partners
- Pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Policy Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Ability to ensure high quality results and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively with a team as well as individually
- Strong organizational skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working in an office setting is an asset
WHAT ELSE?
- To qualify as a co-op or internship student, you must be enrolled in a post-secondary program where a work term is a formal requirement of the program and be able to provide documentation to that effect.
- Please attach a copy of your transcript to your application.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a restricted area identification card (RAIC).
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work model with a combination of onsite and remote work.
- Must be willing to relocate to Calgary or area for the start of the term and the duration of the placement
