The Opportunity
As the Integrity Engineering Summer Student, you will have the unique opportunity to join a team of technical professionals who are tasked with maintaining the integrity of the Wolf Pipelines operating infrastructure, including both pipeline and operating facilities.
This opportunity will allow you to gain insight into specifics of Pipeline Integrity – including cathodic protection, In-line Inspections, Geohazards, Corrosion control, NDE, GIS Data Integration. This position will be based in Fort Saskatchewan.
WORK TERM: 8 Months – May – December 2025
Key Projects may include:
- Cathodic Protection Field Support and Data Integration
- Supporting execution of an In-line Inspection
- Procedure Development
- Supporting ongoing improvement of the Integrity Management Program (IMP)
- Ad hoc research and smaller projects in the fast-paced evolving sector
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Must be enrolled in an Engineering Program at an accredited post-secondary institution
- You must be returning to full-time studies after the work term
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong research skills
- Proven analytical skills
- High attention to details
- Financial, policy or engineering capabilities an asset
