As a Telephone Adjuster, you’ll put your problem-solving skills to work by investigating and settling property claims while taking care of our clients throughout the process. 

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $47,200 to $59,000 based on a 35 hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

The Opportunity:

·    Investigate insurance claims with insureds, third parties and other related parties to obtain facts and information 

·   Research facts, policy coverages, appraiser reports and applying a common sense approach to making decisions based on coverage, reserves and settlements 

·    Ensure best practices are being followed for advancing claim life cycles while providing exceptional customer service to policy holders and broker partners

Here’s what you bring:

·        Ability to think clearly and communicate effectively in a high-pressure environment   

·        You’re a master organizer, with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

·        Strong knowledge of personal and commercial property insurance policies  

·        1-2 years of property adjusting experience 

·        Insurance Broker Level 1 license
