What You’ll Be Doing
- Define & Drive UX Vision – Set the strategic direction for UX, ensuring our digital experiences align with both business goals and user needs.
- Lead & Inspire – Mentor a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Advocate for Users – Be the voice of the customer, championing research, and usability best practices.
- Innovate & Iterate – Leverage user insights, data, and emerging design trends to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Collaborate & Influence – Partner with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders users to embed UX at the heart of decision-making.
- Create & Elevate – Oversee the development of wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems that scale.
- Measure & Improve – Define UX success metrics and continuously refine the user experience based on real-world feedback.
What You Bring
- Experience – 7+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Thinking – Proven ability to define UX vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Design Expertise – Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, research, and execution across multiple projects.
- Technical Fluency – Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with an understanding of front-end development principles.
- User Research Skills – Deep knowledge of usability testing, user research methodologies, and data-driven design decisions.
- Collaboration & Communication – Ability to influence stakeholders, present design solutions, and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Agility & Adaptability – Experience working in Agile or Lean environments, managing multiple projects, and fostering a culture of rapid iteration.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in User Interface (UI) Design, SaaS, and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with AI-driven UX, personalization, and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and design systems.

Base salary of $150,000 - $190,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
