What You Bring

• Experience: The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience.

• Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to evolving veterinary practices and technologies.

• Professionalism: Capable of handling a variety of cases and situations with composure and professionalism.

• Client Relationships: Relationships are important to you. You easily build strong and trusting relationships with clients, so they come back to see you repeatedly.

• Communication Skills: You understand the importance of client relationship management and education in promoting animal health and can remain composed during challenging situations.

• Empathy: Empathy for animals and their owners is a must.

• Team-Oriented Mindset: You work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment—everyone on the team is important and has a voice.
