Inventory and Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Summary
This role coordinates the movement of inbound and outbound orders, keeping track of inventory, placing intercompany manual transfer orders, allocating orders for picking and solving inventory discrepancies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Allocate and release orders
- Control and manage inbound and outbound workflow and priorities to achieve customer service levels
- Sort, manage, prioritize and respond to all internal customer communications and requests
- Manage and monitor requests for edits and revisions of inbound and outbound orders
- Provide all relevant information for priority orders with our internal customers.
- Follow-up on all orders that are to be shipped on the same day, follow-up with appropriate personnel on status throughout the day.
- Enter manual orders for inventory transfers between facilities provided by the planning team.
- Responsible for running various reports; daily target reports, weekly production and planning reports, weekly operational forecast reports, dashboard report, and other reports as needed.
- Investigate and problem solve order or system discrepancies, this includes checking for physical stock
- Confer with department personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education
- College/associate’s degree in supply chain or business administration
- Experience in supply chain and logistics
- Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems
- Minimum 1 year experience
