Job Purpose:

The Developer / Systems Analyst works with the Director, Data Analytics to develop, implement and maintain the data integration and reporting solutions within Trez to improve the analytical reporting, digitization, and process efficiencies.

 

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Develops, implements, and maintains ETL processes to support data integration and reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI or other data management software
  • Works with various departments and personnel to create business cases and facilitate implementing new business processes, process redesign and technology deployment with well thought out requirements, functional and technical blueprints, and project plans to achieve the desired business goals
  • Assist with maintaining the Enterprise Segment Architecture including the Data Dictionary
  • Designs, develops and deploys reports to provide new insights into the business
  • Develop, Maintain, Troubleshoot & Upgrade
    • M/S SQL Databases & Code (ETL Processes)
    • M/S Power Apps (Applications)
    • M/S Power Automate (Flows/Jobs)
    • M/S Power BI (Dashboards, Visualization & Reporting)
    • Integration with CoPilot, ML/AI platforms
  • Build, Manage & Monitor Automated Routines
  • Reconcile data and work with users to sanitize data where necessary
    (includes identifying and remediating data Inconsistencies)
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Undergraduate or other advanced degree in a quantitative discipline with applicable work experience in data management
  • Experience working with relation databases and normalized data
  • A minimum of 2 years using Microsoft SQL and one or more scripting languages in a data science / warehouse / management, financial analysis, or business intelligence role
  • A minimum of 2 years experience implementing solutions with PowerBI, PowerApps and PowerAutomate
  • Experience integrating financial and operational data from multiple systems
  • Practical experience with self-auditing solutions before delivery and development of solutions without technical requirements or project plans
  • Prior experience with SalesForce, nCino, Great Plains or Loan Servicing software is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of implementing leading edge performance indicators for businesses

Salary Range:
$73,485 - $105,570, with a midpoint of $87,975 annually, commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
