We are seeking, like minded individuals who would embrace the opportunity to learn and work as General Labours, Full-Time & Permanent at our Sainte-Catherine, QC facility. 

 

Benefits: 

 

  • Starting salary of $35.82 per hour 

  • Generous salary increases every year in October.

  • Group RRSP with 5% employer participation 

  • Comprehensive group insurance with 65% employer participation 

  • 20 paid days off comprised of 8 provincial statutory holiday days, 6 days around the Christmas holiday period, 4 floater days to be determined by the you and 2 sick days 

  • $1.70 evening premium, $1.80 night premium and $1.90 12-hour night premium 

  • In-house training provided to promote your personal development 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

      

  • Cleaning equipment and facilities 

  • Equipment and facility inspection tour 

  • Provide assistance to operators during the daily closure of operations 

  • Driving mobile equipment 

  • Participate in the production chain  

  • Perform replacements for other vacancies 

  • Make recommendations to improve operations 

  

Prerequisites: 

 

    •     Be available to work day/evening/night shifts, with rotating schedules 

    •     Work physically 

    •     Be diligent at work 

    •     Enjoy teamwork
