Description du poste
Sous la supervision du directeur métallurgie et contrôle de la qualité, le titulaire supporte les équipes de l’ingénierie, de l’entretien et de la production dans le but d’optimiser la performance du procédé, assurer le respect de l’environnement, de la santé et de la sécurité
Principales responsabilités
- S'assurer que l'environnement de travail est sécuritaire;
- Assister les équipes d'ingénierie chimique et mécanique au besoin;
- Communiquer toutes les données essentielles par le biais de rapports aux ingénieurs;
- Surveiller le procédé, analyser les causes de pannes et arrêts, faire le suivi des actions correctives avec la maintenance.;
- Effectuer des tests à l'échelle de banc d'essai dans le laboratoire, d’usine pilote ou industriel;
- A l'occasion, assembler et faire la maintenance des usines pilotes;
- A l'occasion, participer à la mise en service d'une usine pilote ou du procédé à l’échelle industriel.;
- Opérer différents processus à petite échelle ou dans une usine pilote;
- Développer et proposer les procédures et méthodes de travail sécuritaires et efficaces;
- Entrainer d'autre personne à effectuer des tâches reliées aux procédés;
- Supporter le maintien des processus mis en place pour les standards ISO 9001;
- Participer aux projets d’améliorations continues.
